Connecticut 4-H Food and Nutrition Show

Program Goal: The Connecticut 4-H Food and Nutrition Show provides participants with an oppurtunity to present, display, and explain the nutritional food they have prepared as well as use some of the additional skills they have learned in the food and nutrition project. Youth participants will also display the knowledge of skills they have learned about food and nutrition during the interview process with the judges.

Learning Objective: The food show provides an educational oppurtunity for participants to increase their food and nutrition knowledge by participating in workshops and through interactions with professional chefs, food writers, and others who are judges at the event.

Program Participants: Enrolled 4-H Youth Statewide
