Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) School

Program Goal: Annually, a series of workshops are provided, including GAP practice training, food safety plan writing, packinghouse sanitation, and GAP for those who are not preparing for an audit. In addition, information sessions will continue to be held as the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Rule is finalized and implemented.

Learning Objective: To provide a series of workshops that teach and promote good agricultural practices to farmers.
